You can cruise around in the Vintage 4-Seater Golf Cart all around PGA West. We have a special Premier Partner License which allows you to enter ALL Security Gates so you can enjoy a glimpse of all 6 fantastic Professional Golf Courses, check out all the neighborhoods and dash up to Ernie's Bar & Grill (Club House for Stadium & Nick Tournament Courses) or Wallaby's (Club House for Greg Norman Course) which are on the PGA West Property and are 2 great places to eat a quick lunch or relaxing delicious dinner! (Also, you can pile in your pool floats and choose any pool & spa that you want for a relaxing swim or muscle relaxing spa.)

In the 2nd Bedroom you'll find a Tempur-Pedic King size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and credenza with a private entrance into the beautiful second bathroom with double vanity, new counter tops, walk-in shower and new toilet with soft close seat.

3rd Bedroom
The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Bed, flat screen TV & you'll also have wireless internet access throughout the home and 2 shelves filled with books to curl up with and even new, fun board games to enjoy!

All three of the full bathrooms have plenty of plush towels, hair dryers and lots of storage for your personal items.

LOVE TO SWIM?
The lushly landscaped community pool and spa with tables, comfortable chairs and lounge chairs is just steps away with a private men's & women's bathroom and large cabana structure that provides shade. (So sorry, the Insurance company prohibits us from providing pool floates, etc for liability reasons!) But chairs, tables, shade, pool and spa are provided!

WANT SOME EXERCISE?
We have 2 street bikes and helmets for you to enjoy and lots of walking around all the neighborhoods! Plus we have an exercise Precore machine if you wish to work out.

LOVE TO PLAY GOLF?
Well, this is the place for you! For golf, you will be entitled to book tee times at three of the courses: the TPC Stadium course, (where the pros play at the annual PGA event) Jack Nicholas Tournament course, and the Greg Norman course (also where the pros play). The condo is located on the famous TPC Stadium Course. They are all first-class pro courses. The prices may vary depending upon the course you play.

With your booked tee times you’ll have access to two separate driving ranges and practice facilities. You will also be able to dine at two of the PGA West Club houses as well- Ernie's Grill and Greg Norman Grill.

There are lots of fun things to do from beautiful La Quinta to Downtown Palm Springs with great restaurants, world-class shopping, tennis, hiking, bike riding and just exploring the area.

Each of the 4 flat screen TVs are located in the Living Room, Master Bedroom, 2nd Bedroom and 3rd Bedroom, all equipped with Spectrum Premium Cable TV and Spectrum Remotes with an abundance of channels and free movies! (The Living Room and Primary Bedroom also include a special DVR recording cable box so you can records your favorite shows!) .

Music Channels
If you want to hear your favorite music via the TV, the Music Channels are available.

Books & Game
You will find an assortment of books, board games and a deck of cards on the bookcases in the Den.

Ceiling Fans
There are ceiling fans in the Master Bedroom, 2nd Bedroom and the 3rd Bedroom and are operated by the switches on the wall.

Gas Fireplace
The fireplace in the living room has a custom mantel and gas fireplace.

Hair Dryers
Hair dryers are in all 3 bathrooms.

An iron and ironing board is provided.

Parking, Garage & Golf Cart at No Charge to You!
There is a garage in the front of the condo and a driveway to park your car. The golf cart is parked inside the garage. Depending upon the size of your car, you may be able to also park your car inside the garage or you can park in the driveway.

Swimming Pool
Just steps away (2 condos down) you have access to one of the best pools and spas including a full restroom, that no all pools have. You can also relax or eat snacks under the covered shaded portico.

Honeywell Heat & Air Conditioning
There are 2 heat & air conditioning systems in the condo. One for the Master Bedroom, Laundry Room, 2nd Bedroom and 3rd Bedroom and a second system for the entry, living room, dining room and kitchen.

Washer & Dryer
The large load Whirlpool Premium Washer and Dryer are provided in the laundry room.

PURE WATER IN EVERY FAUCET
Pure, clean double filtered water from every faucet with our Aquasana Whole House Water Filter Yep, the showers, the bathrooms and every faucet has pure water. There’s also an extra filter in the kitchen for drinking water.

NEW VRBO RULE FOR DAMAGE DEPOSITS…NO DAMAGE-NO CHARGE! The new VRBO Rule is: Guests won’t pay a damage deposit prior to their stay. Instead VRBO will keep the card on file in case the owner reports any damage. Therefore, all booking fees will be lower – a super benefit for the guests! Guests will remain responsible for claims up to the amount of the existing damage deposit, but their card will only be charged if a claim is made.
