Everything was very smooth, and the owner was very available for the one question I had upon arrival. This was our second time at the condo and it is the perfect spot for golf at PGA West.

Great condo! Beautiful community - easy walk to ERNIE’s for breakfast. Very clean, all necessary amenities, lake view. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and helpful. Easy check in instructions. Highly recommend!

The home was perfectly located just minutes from Stagecoach, making it incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Steve was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Great Stay!

We loved this home and the location. We had a wonderful time with family during the Thanksgiving holiday. The area is gorgeous and Steve was very helpful and friendly. Would love to visit again.

Great Condo

We loved our stay in La Quinta! The condo was perfect for our family, beautiful, clean and comfortable. We cooked a lot, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Back patio overlooking the lake was great in the evening. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful, Spacious, Homey

My friends and I stayed for Coachella and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The water was such a nice view to wake up to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities Steve’s place had to offer. I’ve stayed at other homes in PGA West before and this was the first time there was a working grill! We will definitely book again next year.

Great Condo in a Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Steve was very responsive to questions before our arrival. Check in was seamless and the condo was clean and comfortable. The central location is ideal for a golf vacation and La Quinta restaurants. The pool and hot tub were close by and we enjoyed them as well.

Awesome Property

The property, located in the PGA West community of La Quinta was tremendous. The unit was well appointed and commands an amazing view of the lake. Steve, our host was very friendly, helpful and communicative. I'd love to stay there again.

Great condo

The condo was great and exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious and great location for us as our daughter was competing at desert horse park in thermal. Steve was always available to answer questions when any came up and overall one of the best places we have stayed at pga west.

Celebrating 80

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. Steve was extremely communicative, promptly answered our questions and a small request, and was a great host. The property has a serene view of the lake and we loved sitting out around the fire pit each night, walking steps to the pool, and enjoying the comfort of a lovely condo. PGA West is a community we know well and it was great to be back. It is as gorgeous as we remember. Everything about our stay was perfect and we would return to this property in a heartbeat, highly recommend.

Daughter Wedding

Stay was great and location was good. The only problem we had was that the host did not give all the names to the gate. My girlfriend that had driven up from San Diego for my daughter wedding. Had to set at the gate for an hour because the host had not given her name to the gate. I had given it to the host as people that would be staying in the unit. i was not able to get intough with him and neither was the gate personal.

Perfect stay

We loved this place and will be back. It was perfect for my husband, 2 year old and my in laws we were all spaced out upstairs in the 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom and the one with 2 queens have bathrooms attached which was great. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals and bbq outside. We got to park in the garage which was a nice bonus too. The grounds are amazing, we walked all over got lost in the sunshine a few times but loved it. Pools on every block, half of them heated and hot tubs too. Gated private community felt safe and quiet. Stores within 10 mins. Just perfect, thank you so much we will be back and highly recommend this little escape.

Excellent property with minor issue

We enjoyed our stay at this property in La Quinta. The host was excellent. We were in town for a concert at the Empire Polo Club and this property was ideally situated at <10 min drive from the entrance to the venue. The home is well appointed and in a lovely, quiet gated golf community. We did, however, encounter two small issues that the owner rectified as soon as he could. The air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms was broken for two of the four nights. The owner promptly had a technician come to fix it. Also, the WiFi went out on us. Other than those two issues, the stay was wonderful and I would recommend it to others.

Peaceful escape in the desert

Our group had a wonderful time at this property. It was like the pictures and we had everything we needed for a cool, relaxing stay. Steve is easy to communicate with. There is a pool with a hot tub a short walk away!
