Welcome to Quay View, a modern new 1-bedroom flat on the 3rd floor. This modern, stylish flat comfortably sleeps 2 and offers a delightful blend of modern convenience and comfort, situated in a prime location near the vibrant Poole Quay. Whether you`re exploring the local area or simply unwinding for a weekend, your stay promises relaxation and accessibility.

As you enter Quay View, you`re greeted by sleek laminate flooring and an intercom for added security and convenience.
Bathroom
The bathroom is a sanctuary of luxury, adorned with floor-to-ceiling stone tiles. Enjoy the comfort of a heated towel rail, a relaxing bath with an overhead waterfall shower head, a WC, basin, and an illuminated anti-fog mirror. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for your stay.
Bedroom
The bedroom exudes comfort with its luxurious carpeting and a floor-to-ceiling window that allows natural light to flood in. It benefits from a king-sized bed, bedside tables, and a mirrored wardrobe.
Lounge
The spacious lounge opens up to a balcony through bifold doors, offering a viewpoint of Poole Quay. It`s tastefully furnished with a light blue two-seater sofa, stylish nest tables, a feature lamp, and a 55` smart/picture TV and soundbar for your entertainment.

You will have exclusive use of the property for the duration of your stay. The quality of every guest’s experience is vital to the team, which is why they will ensure the home is presented to the very highest standard for your arrival.
You can also expect an attentive and responsive service during your stay, so should you encounter any problems or need advice or assistance, the team will be on-hand to help. Contact details will be shared with you when you confirm your stay.
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.

- Infants will be counted as a guest
- Strictly no stag or hen parties
- Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance)
- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
- Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.
d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
