The most wonderful location.All bedding very clean and beds were super comfy.All felt very home from home.We walked to the beach every day, dogs allowed on that part of the beach all year round.Bus stopped outside the apartment and went straight onto ferry to other side, very convenient.

A beautiful flat with several balconies giving great sea views and views of the boats etc. The rooms were comfortable and clean. As we were on public transport we would have appreciated the offer of paying a bit extra for towels as they tend to take up a lot of room in luggage. Mark was excellent at keeping in touch with us. answering any queries. Supplies of cutlery, crockery and utensils were excellent. Sea views were wonderful. Plenty of chairs for sitting out. Luxurious showers. The only area that needed a bit more care was the area around the kitchen sink.But we were all retired nurses!

We had a lovely long weekend here with 2 young children. The apartment is amazing so much space and lovely location. Mark was super helpful and lovely, will definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Amazing mums weekend away

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Mark was fantastic with communication from the start and we had no concerns all weekend. The property location is amazing with the most beautiful views. The beds were very comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. Mark shared information about places to eat and areas of interest before our stay for us to plan what we wanted to explore. We would highly recommend staying here and we are planning to return hopefully soon!Thank you Mark for letting us stay in your lovely flat!

Girls Weekend in Sandbanks

I’ve visited Sandbanks many times and normally stay in a hotel. This definitely was the most relaxed enjoyable amazing weekend Fantastic service from host Mark -providing tonnes of information on places to visit etc and the local area. Also Mark enabled an early check in and late check out which was great. The location is superb -onsite parking for two cars at peak time is an absolute bonus. Beach by the fiat was so tranquil and also a short hop on the ferry to Shell Bay will definitely visit the restaurant next time!Highly recommend!!

A lovely big flat with fantastic views over Poole Harbour. It was a very short walk to the beach with some nice walks along the beachfront. Lots of things to do in the area. The best part was the terrific communication with Mark, the owner, right from the start which was quite exceptional. It was very reassuring that all the arrangements for access were in order and he answered all questions very quickly and helpfully and was extremely accommodating. The safe parking space was a big plus too. I cannot recommend this flat highly enough! Thank you Mark!
