Eight Point Living SL12 is a thoughtfully designed apartment, fully air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the building.

Living Area: The apartment features a bright, open-plan living and kitchen area designed for both relaxation and convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, electric cooker, oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. The dining area can also be used as a comfortable workspace. Guests can unwind on the sofa while enjoying their favourite shows on the flat-screen TV.

Bedroom: The apartment includes a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and ample storage space. The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a dedicated workspace, making it suitable for both relaxation and remote work.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom is equipped with fresh towels and essential amenities for your convenience.

Balconies: The apartment features two balconies where guests can relax and enjoy the sunshine. Outdoor furniture, including a table and two chairs, is provided during the summer months (May-August).

→ Ferry crossing to Valletta (10-minute walk). To visit Valletta, Malta’s historic capital city, we highly recommend taking the Sliema–Valletta ferry. The crossing takes approximately 5–10 minutes and offers beautiful views of Valletta’s skyline as you cross the harbour.

From Valletta, it is also possible to take the fast ferry service to Gozo (approximately 45 minutes), providing a convenient way to explore Malta’s sister island.


Eight Point Living SL12 is officially licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority (Licence no. HPC/8183) and meets Comfort Class standards.

City Tax: €0.50 per night per guest (18+), capped at €5 per person.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival, with fresh linens and towels provided. Additional cleaning, laundry and beach towel services are available upon request.
