The apartment overlooks the greenery of Godewindpark and provides easy access to walking paths and the nearby coast. Thanks to its central location, local attractions such as the Old Lighthouse, the lively promenade, and the sailing ship "Passat" are just a few minutes' walk away.

The interior combines comfort with modern functionality and features partially floor-to-ceiling windows with solar control glazing and underfloor heating throughout. The separate bedroom is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV, while the living area offers a comfortable double sofa bed and a SMART TV. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, and practical extras such as an egg cooker and microwave, leaves nothing to be desired for self-catering.

A particular highlight is the large, covered east-facing loggia, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. This outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the morning sun and fresh sea air while overlooking the park. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer. With seaside destinations and the beach train station just steps away, this apartment is an ideal base for exploring the seaside.
