Our accommodation has all the luxuries and conveniences you would need, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine and full kitchen facilities, plus the basics for your stay too! Tea, coffee, sugars and sweeteners, cereal, milk pods, body wash, shampoo and hand wash. For longer stays housekeeping cleans and changes linens and towels once a week.

This is a substantial and characterful family home with far more space than its semi-detached exterior suggests. Spread across two floors with a conservatory extension to the rear, it works brilliantly for larger groups who need everyone under one roof without feeling on top of each other. The kitchen is the centrepiece of the property and genuinely impressive. White gloss handleless units wrap around a sweeping red gloss island with five bar stools, pendant lighting overhead and a large American-style Samsung fridge freezer. A NEFF double oven and six-burner SMEG gas hob make it a proper cooking kitchen rather than a token one. The island seats five on its own and the separate dining room off the kitchen has a rectangular wooden table with four chairs for more formal meals. The conservatory adds further flexible living space with a sofa and direct access to the garden. The living room is bright and comfortable with a Smart TV and opens into the rest of the ground floor. Upstairs the five bedrooms each have their own distinct character. Two rooms have bold teal feature walls with twin single beds and are well suited to sharing guests or colleagues. Two further rooms have warm yellow feature walls with single beds. The fifth is a generous double with a pink floral feel and a double bed dressed in rich purple. All rooms are well styled with wardrobes or clothes storage included. The family bathroom is a good size with a walk-in shower cubicle, a separate bath and a backlit oval mirror. There is also a separate downstairs WC on the ground floor. Outside the rear garden is a real highlight. There is a raised timber deck off the conservatory, a patio dining area with outdoor table and chairs under a pergola and a long stretch of lawn beyond enclosed by timber fencing. The front of the property has a block-paved driveway with space for two vehicles and a garage.

The area has a strong community feel and is well regarded for its mix of green spaces. Belmont Recreation Ground and Canons Park are both close by for walks and outdoor time.
