The interior is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate a variety of guest needs, featuring a main house and a private annex. The heart of the home is the cozy living room, complete with a traditional wood-burning stove and TV for relaxing evenings. The main house includes two bedrooms (one double and one single), while the annex offers an additional double bed, providing extra privacy for couples or teenagers. For modern convenience, the home is equipped with an air-to-air heat pump, as well as a dedicated utility room featuring both a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday meal preparation, featuring electric hobs, an oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer. Outdoors, the expansive natural grounds provide plenty of space for children to play or for guests to enjoy the fresh coastal air.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
