The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please gather up all used towels and put them laundry basket. If possible strip any used linen and put into the laundry basket (optional, but really appreciated).
Please turn off any lights and shut all windows as well as shut the front door behind you, which will automatically lock. Please then return the house keys to the lock box.
Please ensure all personal items are collected and taken with you. It would be appreciated if you could please also remove any left over food and drinks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I love the outdoors and the sea, and for me Devon has a unique charm and warmth that draws people back year after year. I fell in love with Paignton the first time I visited and moved from London at the earliest opportunity.
