With separate sleeping areas across floors - including an independent bedroom accessed from outside — it’s ideal for families or groups for up to 8 guests who want both togetherness and their own space.

Inside, the ground floor features a bright living and dining area with comfortable seating, a TV, and a dining table, alongside an open kitchen equipped with a hob, espresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer for easy self-catering. The upper floor includes two bedrooms - one with a double bed and another with twin single beds - along with a bathroom and a separate toilet. A third bedroom, located in the basement and accessed from outside, includes its own bathroom and toilet, offering additional privacy for guests. In total, the home comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and multiple bathroom facilities.

The outdoor space complements the stay with a 20 m² terrace, a partially fenced garden, and furnished seating areas. Sun loungers and a barbecue setup create a relaxed environment for outdoor meals and downtime, while private parking adds convenience.
