Ideally located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, North Warren Cottage is just a short walk to both the vibrant high street with its independent shops and eateries, and the wonderful shingle beach stretching to Thorpeness. The cottage comfortably accommodates 3 to 4 guests. Private parking is at the back of the house and as access is via the back door this makes it very convenient when arriving. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Entering by the back door, you are welcomed into the bright and airy open plan kitchen / diner. The fully equipped kitchen has a four ring gas hob, an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, full sized fridge / freezer, eye level microwave and electric oven, kettle and toaster. There is a table and chairs should you wish to dine at home whether home-cooked or collected from one of the many take-aways temptingly close by.
This leads into the lounge where you can relax into the comfy sofas and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV, or just get stuck into a good book.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and the bathroom:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and large mirrored built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 has one single bed, with the option of two singles (which would be lower to the ground as they are trundle beds), and a chest of drawers
Bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC, hand basin with storage below and a heated towel rail.
Outside there is a back garden, mainly laid to lawn with some shrubs and a table and chairs.
There is a small pond in the garden so children must be supervised at all times when outside.
The Railway Inn, Tesco Express and a Co-Op are just a few minutes’ walk away at the roundabout
