The unit was clean and just as pictured. Easy to find and access thanks to provided video. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and cookware. Good location - easy walk to restaurants and several metro lines. Getting checked in and out was easy, but you do have to walk to a grocery store to get the keys out of a locker.

Long story short: I cannot recommend this property under its current management. We were kept waiting, unable to enter the property until four hours after our check in time. While this was not originally the property management’s fault—there was a power failure at the market where the keys were kept—they had no backup plan and did little to remedy the situation, moving at barely a snail’s pace to help. Meanwhile our family, including two young children, waited in a local park and outside the apartment building with all of our luggage for three and a half hours in a Paris heatwave. The apartment has authentic, local charm and, while supplies provided were minimal, met our needs. The neighborhood, surroundings, nearby amenities, and transit connections are great. Management has failed to make any amends for the difficult beginning to our stay other than a continued repetition of “sincere apologies for the inconvenience.” How about putting a backup plan in place so that future travelers are able to access the unit without delay and take full advantage of their rental period? Seems simple enough.

Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité de 2 stations de métro (Cambronne et La Motte Piquet Grenelle). On peut également se rendre àLa Tour Eiffel à pied. Le quartier est agréable et la rue du commerce qui est également un bon atout.Le logement était très propre.
