We loved our stay here! The location was perfect—just steps from charming Rue Cler with its wonderful shops, cafés, and fresh food markets. It was close enough to walk to so many sights, yet tucked away enough to avoid the heavy tourist crowds. We especially enjoyed evening walks to the Eiffel Tower, which was just a short stroll away. The apartment itself was very comfortable, well appointed, and had everything we needed for our stay in Paris. Highly recommend!

Host met us at door when we arrived. Location on Rue Cler was fantastic. So many shops and restaurants right out the door. Inside very clean and felt like Paris. Bathroom small as stated but clean and is just fine fir average size adults. There is no window out to the street in the apartment. The windows face the inside of a corridor in the building. Didn’t bother us and you still get plenty of light but just understand that your view is of your neighbor‘s windows not Rue Cler. Overall, we had a fantastic say and definitely would recommend this rental and location.

Adorable apartment in a fantastic neighborhood! Stayed there with my husband and two young kids. The neighborhood was amazing. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and there are so many adorable restaurants and shops all around. Metro is also a 5 minute walk or less. Perfect for a quick trip to Paris.

Perfection!!

This apartment is absolutely ideal!!! It’s exactly as pictured, very clean and safe! The area is absolutely ideal and was so happy to walk out and have everything right at your fingertips. Contact with the owner was very easy and he responded quickly! In addition he helped arrange a driver to/from the airport for me! Would 100% stay here again!!!

Lovely apartment on Rue Cler

It’s a wonderful apartment, clean, comfortable, and has a great location in Rue Cler.It is not ideal for any one with mobility issues due to a steep and narrow stairway. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Really charming apartment in the perfect location

Loved our stay at Rue Cler! The apartment was charming and had everything we needed. The location could not be better! We thoroughly enjoyed just walking downstairs to cafes, patisseries, markets and so much more. Communications with Jean Francois and Elizabeth were seamless. They really took care of us! Would definitely stay here again. In fact, hope to in the near future. Merci!

Best Location, Lift, Few Steps

The apartment is situated on Rue Cler, near the Eiffel Tower, and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. Everything we needed was close by. Metra and bus, too. Greeter Elizabeth was excellent. There are approximately 10 steps up to the lift and another 10 steps after the lift before reaching the apartment. Very manageable. Wonderful experience.

BEST LOCATION IN PARIS!!!!

This is the absolute perfect place to stay when visiting Paris for our family of 3. The pictures on the listing are identical to what you see inside and outside the apartment. It was so beautiful walking out every morning to the Rue Cler Market. And the location was absolutely outstanding. So close to all of the must-see's in Paris. We walked everywhere! And if you need a break from walking, we didn't wait more than a couple of minutes for an Uber to pick us up. The apartment has everything you need and the owner and local host were available if we needed anything. We will not stay anywhere else when we come back! PERFECT STAY!

Perfect Paris experience

Arrived to Paris bright and early and met Jean Francois at the apartment. He had picked us up some croissants and showed us around this incredible apartment (his english is perfect) and to say it had everything you would need is an understatement. I took the bedroom and my friend took over the room with the pullout couch and we both were very comfortable! There is an elevator though it is quite tiny. Rue Cler has everything you would need. We absolutely loved everything about it! I would 100% stay there again Thanks Jean Francois

Absolutely Amazing

The apartment is situated exactly where you want to be when you’re visiting Paris ! There are 3 flights of stairs but it’s well worth it! Heat was comfortable all rooms and perfect for my winter travel. Had everything I needed for my stay! Paris is beautiful, and if you have 1 to 2 small kids, this apartment will work great for you! Everything was clean and ready to use ! I would definitely stay again!

Storybook Setting

The location is fantastic, just a ten-minute walk to the River Sine and the Eiffel Tower. More importantly, everything you need is just a few meters from the building's entrance. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and gift shops nearby. Stepping out onto this street feels like being in a storybook French village. The apartment is small but very clean. The bathroom and kitchen are modern, while the rest of the apartment maintains a traditional French appearance.

Perfect stay

My daughter wanted to visit Paris as a birthday celebration. Francois made this trip possible. Not only did he respond to messages quickly he helped with our transportation to the apartment and made it such a comfortable place to stay. The location of the apartment is in a prime spot. Everything you could need is central to this place. Don’t look anywhere else just book here!

The street of. Rue. Cler is storybook, my husband and. I both agree, a perfect Paris stay.

We felt so welcome in this great Apartment..however very small winding stairs to deal with atepoung off the elevator. Must be very cautious. Super clean and nicely appointed. We will definitely return. Great amazing food everywhere just outside your door.

Paris vacation

Overall fabulous vacation trip. Location is easy access to Eiffel Tower and bus, train, & subway. Street with lots of cafes, shops, in walking distance. The location looks just like the picture. Elevator does not go from from ground floor or to the apartment. Be prepared to climb stsirs.

Great Location. Everything you need is on that street. Just FYI: The elevator does not go all the way down the first floor and it does not go all the way up to the apartment floor. There are some steps to climb. We had a bit of trouble because our bags were to heavy. But, other than that everything was great. Would highly recommend.

Disappointing Stay – Lacked Privacy and Comfort

Unfortunately, our stay at this unit was not what we hoped for. There was absolutely no privacy—we had to keep the blinds and curtains closed the entire time due to close proximity to other units. The view was just of neighboring buildings, which didn’t help. The dryer didn’t work, and there was no air conditioning, which made things uncomfortable. The bathroom was very cramped, especially the shower, and the elevator was so small it barely fit one person with a suitcase. Overall, the space was not well-suited for a relaxing or convenient stay.

Parisian perfection

Wow. This place is absolute perfection. The space, the location, and the proximity to the Metro. We were able to truly immerse ourselves and live alongside the locals. It is surrounded by local cafes, grocery stores and local food vendors. Everything you need is right on that street. We realized that the hot water was not working shortly after checking in but the owner responded immediately when we messaged him and had a plumber there within 2 hours to replace a part and get it working properly; no big deal. We loved that the place has a separate living room, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. These came in very handy. The living area and bedroom both had heaters that were easy to adjust the temperature. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone.

Perfect Location

We absolutely fell in love with the neighborhood - we never wanted to leave. All the restaurants, shops, and charm you’d ever need. Jean Francois and Aries are very communicative and responsive. Very easy to work with. At the apartment, the stairs are steep and narrow. And the very small lift is in an odd place. Halfway up and halfway down. It would be nice to have better (more coverage) shades in the bedroom. And please add a small toaster oven to the kitchen.

Perfect stay in Paris!

This location was perfect for us to walk to the Eiffel Tower, Seine river sightseeing cruise, Invalides, and the TootBus hop on/hop off stop. We didn’t use the metro but there were locations nearby. We used uber to go to Disneyland Paris and some other locations. We loved the shops and restaurants right outside our door. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for the two of us. We used the kitchen for just preparing breakfast and some light snacks. As it is January, we appreciated the central heat and added portable heaters. The stairs to 3rd floor are fine, just be aware if you have large luggage may need a couple extra stops on the landings. We definitely recommend this apartment!

Both Negatives and Positives

I was disappointed with a few things...1. The apartment did not have any air conditioning. This was an oversight on my part. I did not think to read carefully to make sure it had AC. We were there for a week in June and it was very hot weather. The apartment was unbearable for us, even though 2 fans were provided. The listing does not say it has air conditioning, so I can't be upset at the owner, just mad at myself for not noticing. So read all descriptions carefully!2. The apartment building entrance is on Rue Cler, but the apartment is actually in the back of the building. The windows open to the enclosed courtyard. There was no air flow. The community garbage cans are also kept in this courtyard, so it was noisy and smelly at times. There is no view at all. The way the apartment was advertised, I assumed the view was of Rue Cler. I went back and looked at pictures. The angles of the pictures made it hard to see what was outside.3. We struggled with the washer/dryer. It works, but it's a 4.5 hour cycle and sometimes the clothes dried and sometimes they didn't. It was hit and miss.Some positives...1. Beautiful apartment. Updated in all rooms. Kitchen roomy and had everything we needed. Nice fridge and small freezer section. Beautiful artwork in the rooms. tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed in the bedroom. Pull out sofa was fine too. Good water pressure in the shower and pretty roomy bathroom.4. Good communication from the host via the VRBO app messaging.

Location was excellent. Arrival and departure was easy. Apartment was pretty quiet. The kitchen had everything though the cooktop was mini and there was no counter space so really hard to cook anything.
