Pleasant relax villa with pool and private spa near the city of Intra Verbania at Lake Maggiore.

The recently constructed Villa Il Grotto with beautiful exposed stone walls and quality materials aims to offer the utmost relaxation, wellness and comfort. For the disabled there is an interior elevator allowing access to all floors. The villa (250 m²) offers 3 air conditioned bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people:
- The ground floor features a central living room (air conditioned) with couches and TV and a spacious modern kitchen with dining table. Next to the living room sliding doors lead into the first bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The interior elevator or the external stairs give access to the first and lower floor.
- The first floor has a central sitting room with balcony and two bedrooms, each with double bed and single sofa bed. Bathroom with shower.
- The lower wellness floor is composed of a sauna room, bathroom with shower, massage room with adjacent a bathroom for the disabled, Jacuzzi room with fitness equipment (bike and treadmill).

The outdoor (1500 m²) is interestingly designed as a roman atrium featuring covered terraces with columns on each side and a central courtyard. Boasting couches, deckchairs, table, barbecue and an above-ground swimming pool it is the ideal spot to relax, chit chat, and dine outside in the warm summer evenings.

The villa is situated near Intra Verbania (1,5 km), a lively town with many shops, bars, restaurants and a weekend market. You can stroll along the beautiful lakefront promenade, hop on one of the many ferries to discover the secrets and wonders of Lake Maggiore. In the nearby mountain valleys a range of leisure activities and sports (hiking, mountain biking) are offered.

RENTAL CONDITIONS - VILLA IL GROTTO:
Included:
Water, gas, electricity, weekly cleaning, bed linen and bathroom towels (weekly change), satellite TV, DVD, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, baby bed and high chair, elevator, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness equipment (bike and treadmill), garden, above-ground swimming pool (4,3 x 4,3m; depth 1,3m), barbecue, parking

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
- Security deposit (refundable): 500 euro
- Heating (seasonal): 50 euro per day
- Air conditioning (seasonal): metered at 0,45 euro/kwh
- Final cleaning fee (only if not left tidy and orderly): 150 euro
- Domestic animals allowed (upon prior request only): 10 euro per animal per day (maximum two animals)
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Important: pre-authorization of any in-villa services by external people is required by the owner of the villa, and for some properties the services can be organised only by trusted persons of the owner. Please enquire before booking.
