Open the French doors to the bright and beautiful living room welcoming you and your guests for your weekend getaway, holiday escape or summer vacation. With couches, love seats and oversized chairs, this living room offers several places to sit back and put your feet up. You don’t even have to go to the kitchen for a refreshment, you can stock the wet bar right there in the living room! The kitchen is perfect for quick beach day lunches or family style dinners. Fully stocked with every gadget you can imagine; this kitchen will have you wanting to cook up everyone’s favorites. The extra-long breakfast bar provides 5 bar stools next to the beautiful dining room offering an additional seating for 8 at the table. A powder room and laundry facilities are also on the main level for your added convenience. The spacious garden level living space features an extra-large sectional in front of a large tv entertainment center. Or, if you must bring work with you, there is a workspace available just behind the couch.
The Guest House is beautifully decorated to match the main house. This all-American nautical guest house is perfectly cozy. The fully stocked kitchen is just the right size with dining room seating for 4. The living room offers plush seating in front of the tv for movie night or your favorite tv series.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
The best spot to watch the parade of people as they make their way to and from the beach. The sound of the waves will fill the air while you relax on the extra-large front porch or second floor balcony. The patio between the main and guest house is perfect space to gather and BBQ.

Sons of Beaches rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).
