he house is planned in two stories, with a rooftop on the third level. The first level has common areas (living room, main hall, kitchen, patio with outdoor dining table, sitting room and TV, half bathroom, and a foosball room with a bar). The second level has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The rooftop has one bedroom and a full bathroom; and a large open space with a sitting lounge and a dining table.

Amazing space in the heart of Condessa, a short walk to many cafes and restaurants. The outdoor spaces are even better in person than in the pictures!
