Villa LuLu is a luxury designer villa in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic, just a 2-minute walk from one of the area’s most beautiful and unspoiled semi-private beaches. This private Caribbean retreat is ideal for families and groups seeking privacy, comfort, and a fully serviced villa experience.

The villa offers five en-suite bedrooms, including a separate private bungalow, providing both shared and private living spaces. The open-concept design connects indoor and outdoor living, with a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and multiple dining areas.

Outdoor amenities include a heated pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, fire pit, and several lounge areas designed for relaxation. Guests also enjoy a fully equipped gym and a dedicated massage pavilion.

The villa is fully staffed with a private chef and service team, offering a seamless luxury experience. A separate service area includes a professional kitchen, laundry facilities, and staff quarters for guests traveling with their own staff.

Each bedroom features independent Daikin air conditioning, and the villa includes high-speed fiber internet with Starlink backup.

Located within a private residential community, guests also have access to tennis and padel courts (additional fees apply). The property is fully enclosed, ensuring complete privacy and security throughout your stay.

The villa has previously served as a filming location for the Hollywood production The Lost City, reflecting its distinctive architectural character and natural surroundings.

The property is currently undergoing a series of enhancements to further elevate the guest experience, including the addition of an outdoor gym and curated wellness spaces designed for relaxation in a natural setting.

Energy consumption is charged based on actual usage. A deposit of $50 per night will be required upon arrival to cover energy usage during your stay. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. Any unused balance will be refunded, and any additional usage will be charged accordingly.

The villa is also available for select private events, professional photoshoots, and film productions, subject to prior approval and specific conditions.

A 7-seater Ford Explorer, an ATV, and a motorbike are also available for guest use upon request. Please inquire for availability and details.
