The spacious gardens host a wide variety of mature trees and plants, along with several terraces designed for outdoor enjoyment. The expansive pool area invites relaxation and sunbathing, while the front terrace is the perfect spot for outdoor dining with stunning views of the coast of Nerja. For families, the garden is equipped with a trampoline, a slide, and a swing, ensuring fun and entertainment in a safe environment for the little ones. Additionally, the house is equipped with board games, darts, table tennis, and pétanque.

Relax and enjoy the leisurely pace of winter in our outdoor standalone wooden sauna: a wonderful way to unwind and recharge. You can also opt to heat the pool for added comfort and enjoyment. Both pool heating and sauna use are available only upon request and at an additional cost per stay.

The villa is distributed over two levels. On the main floor, there is a modern open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bright living room with windows on two sides, two double bedrooms, and a large shared bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. On the lower floor, there are three additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for family or guests. Additionally, the property provides private parking for up to 4 vehicles.
