Esta hermosa villa de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños es realmente espectacular con vistas absolutamente increíbles de la bahía de La Herradura. Tiene una gran sala de estar espaciosa, una cocina moderna totalmente equipada, una gran cantidad de espacio exterior, terrazas soleadas con vistas o terrazas con sombra más privadas. La piscina privada es grande con muchas tumbonas, lugares para relajarse, disfrutar de una copa de vino o cenar bajo la sombra de la villa.



Dentro de la casa principal hay un gran dormitorio doble con baño y una habitación doble con baño separado. Se accede al dormitorio principal solo por una escalera de caracol desde la terraza delantera y, por lo tanto, tiene increíbles vistas de la bahía, ¡directamente desde la cama! ¡Qué manera de despertar por la mañana! El dormitorio principal también tiene un baño y una pequeña cocina para disfrutar de un café o té por la mañana sin tener que bajar las escaleras.



En la parte trasera de la casa hay otro dormitorio individual independiente de la casa con baño, ¡perfecto para un adolescente o una niñera que quiere un poco de privacidad!

Great place with awesome views, close to everything you need - in the most beautiful part of Spain. Well suited for families. Be aware that one bedroom is outside and another one upstairs via outside stairs (no problem for us, however), and this gives great privacy. Well worth the money, will likely come back.

Great stay

Whilst there isn't a great deal to do in La Herradura itself we had a few pleasant walks down there, but the villa has everything you need anyway so we spent most of our time there just completely chilling out, barbecuing, sunbathing and taking in the stunning view from the pool. The photos don't really do it justice, particularly inside. As a group of five 50+ adults whose clubbing days are long gone, we had a brilliant, relaxing time and would love to return one day.

FANTASTIC!

We absolutely loved Rachel's home! She provided a little welcome basket for our honeymoon, which was great because we arrived during the siesta and needed a little snack to carry us over until dinner. Very thoughtful. Absolutely beautiful home and fantastic location. Only suggestion would be to provide a few more toiletries (laundry detergent, shower products, extra toilet paper). Overall, it is a fantastic home. Would definitely go back.

+ View, view and view

+ View, view and view. Also location near village. Herradura is nice little town without too many tourists, as well as Almunecar nearby. .- We liked to view and garden a lot but the villa is not suitable for small chlildren because fences are missing. It was a bit cold of beginning before we got warming working. One bathroom was bit smelly even we run water into hoses as instructed by host.

Best Villa Ever

This was probably the best villa we have ever stayed in, and value for money. The position is fantastic. The most spectacular views and outside areas. The villa is spacious, clean, well equipped and peaceful. Wouldn’t come here with young children (due to the severe drops from the terrace), but for us, 5 adults and a baby, it was perfect. I can highly recommend this villa. My friends and family all want to book, having seen our photos. Rachel was an extremely helpful and responsive host. I couldn’t have asked for more. 10/15 minute stroll into La Herradura, which is a small but enough going on, Spanish town. Fab chiringuito at the bottom of the road, before you get to the beach. Some lovely beach bars and restaurants. Only an hour on the bus/car from Granada, Nerja only 20 mins away. Fabulous

Rachel was quick to respond, flexible, and helpful. The views from the villa are stunning! Sunsets, and moonlight on the water, and a really lovely terrace and pool. A maintenance man was on hand if we had needed him but everything worked and went smoothly. A great stay!

Spectacular location but property needs TLC

Blown away by the beautiful view and great location to be able to walk to town in 5 mins. Unfortunately the villa needs renovating (needs painting outside) and furnishings i.e. sofas, beds, bedding need replacing. Staircase to upstairs bedroom not for the fainthearted especially in the dark and the ensuite bathroom up there needs a revamp. Kitchen and outside area well equipped but bedrooms very lacking in drawer space especially as we were there ten days. That said we just loved the location.

Belle villa avec vue mirifique!!

Ma famille a adoré cette villa et sa commodité. La vue est vraiment merveilleuse et un coucher du soleil fabuleux. Le seul bémol est peut-être les matelas des lits double qui sont trop dur mais somme toute super propriété dans un endroit très tranquille.

Bijzonder mooie locatie en uitzicht

Villa ligt echt op een bijzonder mooie locatie vlakbij het centrum en met een nog mooier uitzicht over de baai. Zwembad is ook heerlijk al vinden wij wel dat deze heel dicht bij de afgrond ligt. Met spelende jonge kinderen is het echt heel goed uitkijken.

Amazing! Book now!!

This is one of the best place I have ever stayed!’ The best thing about this villa was the view!! And it was a 10 min walk to lots of great bars and restaurants. We loved that the area wasn’t touristy and he villa is in such a great position!!! There is also the possibility to swim from Villa to beach which we were keen to do but couldn’t because the key didn’t work so that would be my only suggestion for the owners! Rachel was great to contact we asked for a hairdryer and she delivered the next day! One of our best holiday experiences thank you x

Aufenthalt im Casa Arevale Aug-Sept 2019

Terasse, Pool uns Aussicht sind Weltklasse. Den Preis absolut Wert. Leider verhält es sich mit der Sauberkeit anders. Für den Tagespreis von € ca. 380/Tag könnte man erwarten, dass die Wohnung und Aussenmöbel in einem sauberen Zustand sind. Die Waschmaschienentür war verschlossen. Beim Öffnen der Tür war fauliger Geruch riechbar. Die Sitz- und Liegenpolster waren braun eingefärbt vor lauter Sonnencreme von unereren Vorgängern. Diese mussgen wir zuerst waschen. Der Grillrost triefte von Fett, der Verandatisch ist voller Krumen und Speiseresten in den Zwischenräumen und auf der Verlängerung. Einige Kittfugen in den Nasszellen weisen Schimmelspuren (sind schwarz) auf. Ein Duschablauf musste durch uns entstopft werden. Alles "Kleinigkeiten" welche behoben wurden oder bei welchen man wegsehen kann, welche unseren Aufenthalt nicht gross getrübt haben. Jedoch für den Preis sollte man das eigentlich nicht vorfinden. Vielleicht bessert sich das ja auf Grund dieser Bewertung. Super war der Beschrieb vom Ort und den Restaurant, welcher im Haus auflag. Wir haten somit gute Informationen und fanden uns im Dorf prima zurecht. Wir werden gerne wieder unser Ferien dort verbringen.

What you see in the pictures doesn’t start to describe how breath taking the location of this house

We had a fantastic holiday. The house is simply amazing and it felt like home. The owner provides all amenities and commodities that makes you forget it’s a rental. Some of the rooms need some maintenance but overall highly recommended. Thank you very much for everything and we are looking forward to coming next year

Tolled Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in La Herradura. Die Villa und vor allem der Blick sind traumhaft. Baden im Pool mit Aussicht zum Genießen. Die Zimmer alle in Ordnung, bis auf den teilweise störenden Geruch, der auch nach mehrmaligem Lüften nicht wegging. Die Terrasse, die dazugehörige Ausstattung und der Grill waren hervorragend und ausreichend vorhanden. Einziger Wehmutstropfen: die Baustelle nebenan.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

Overall we had an excellent holiday in La Herradura. We are a family of 4 with children aged 6 and 7. On arrival we met Rachel at the Costa Tropical Villa Office. She was very pleasant and professional and was very knowledgeable of the area. She brought us up to the villa 3 mins drive from the beach front and showed us around making sure we were familiar with the appliances etc. Shortly after she left we noticed that the charcoal barbecue was a little worse for wear. A quick phone call to Rachel and this was replaced immediately without any hassle. The property itself sits on a stunning site literally perched on a cliff top. So if your looking at the photos and wondering if there’s a drop? Yes there is. We just made the kids aware of this and blocked off the area with sun beds. The villa is a 5 minute stroll away from the nearest beach. The beach in La Herradura is stoney so no building sandcastles. The water was very pleasant and is a fantastic place for scuba diving and snorkeling. But the best surprise was large school of bottlenose dolphins best viewed from a boat which can be rented from the marina 5 mins away by car. We rented from Nautica MH which were excellent. Back to the villa. It was very hard to fault. It looks better in reality. The garden was well maintained and the pool/pool deck area was just the perfect place to sit back and relax. The interior was well appointed with comfortable furniture, comfortable beds and enough to satisfy most. The kitchen was a slight let down. The filter coffee machine took forever to brew coffee and it never tasted nice. Luckily there’s a decent barista style expresso machine with a steamer to froth the milk. The villa would benefit from a deep clean but this didn’t detract from the overall impression. Would we return? Most definitely. It’s a beautiful villa with stunning views, La Herradura is a great place, it’s not for those looking for nightlife. Its perfect for families and those who enjoy the water and the abundance of water sports all within a short distance of the villa. If your reading this review your probably considering staying. It was our first time in this part of Spain and to be honest it exceeded our expectations, Enjoy.
