HOUSE RULES- Please treat the house as if it were your own- Please respect the rules regarding coexistence and quiet hours- Please avoid making loud noises after 11 pm- Please leave the house exactly as you found it- Passport or ID details are required by the property owner and will be provided to the Spanish police- The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid by the guest.-Once the time for handing over the keys has been agreed upon, a charge of €35 will be applied for every 30 minutes of delay.- All payments must be made by bank transfer.- Due to new regulations, an additional charge will apply in the event of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or high-capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.
