A beautiful property which can be found in the quiet area of Los Alisios, which is situated in the Faro Park area of Playa Blanca and is furnished to a very high standard. It offers stunning sea and mountain views from the terrace and a extensive mature gardens. This property can accommodate up to 8 people, including the downstairs apartment that is available at an additional cost.
Faro Park is on the western of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the sea front promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into the centre of Playa Blanca itself. You will find a selection of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets, and numerous superb restaurants around a 15 minute walk away, which makes this property situated in an area that is very self-sufficient.
INTERIOR The front door opens up into a hallway on the ground level of the property, the staircase leads up to the main living area. At the top of the stairs you will find the open plan living room and kitchen
Living room: The living room has a modern canarian style seating area along with rattan armchairs, with a coffee table and side tables with dual aspect sliding doors letting in the natural light and opens onto both the pool terrace and alfresco dining area creating a bright, airy space with easy indoor/outdoor living. There is a 40” TV which supplies numerous channels via the internet /mag box and wireless internet is available throughout the villa.
Kitchen: The kitchen is situated off the hallway and has a breakfast bar which is open plan to the lounge. The kitchen has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave. A door leads from the kitchen out to the al fresco dining area. The washing machine is located in the utility room downstairs.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: This property offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main living area level and then the option of using the apartment on the ground floor level.
Bedroom 1 The master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside tables and plenty of wardrobe space, there are patio doors with additional shutter doors that lead onto the sun and pool terrace. The en-suite marble bathroom incorporates a single washbasin with vanity mirror, WC and bath with shower over, A hair dryer is available for guests' to use. Fans are available for guests' to use.
Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has twin beds with bedside tables and plenty of wardrobe space and a window that overlooks the pool with additional shutters. Fans are available for guests' to use.
Bedroom 3 The third bedroom has twin beds with bedside tables and plenty of wardrobe space and a window that overlooks the pool with additional shutters, fans are available for guests' use.
Family Bathroom The marble family bathroom can be found opposite the two twin rooms and contains a single washbasin with vanity mirror, WC and bath with shower over. A hair dryer is available for guests' to use.
Apartment on the Ground floor - Bedroom 4 This can be booked and paid for, at an additional cost There is a separate apartment on the lower ground floor, which includes a bedroom, shower room, large living room with a 50” TV, which supplies numerous channels via the internet /mag box and also wireless internet is available if the apartment is booked, you also have a kitchenette. It has full internal access to the upper floor and accommodates two people. Please note:- If you require the apartment for less than 7 people see extra charges shown below.
The utility room is located within this apartment and you will have access to this area only (if you do not book the apartment)
EXTERIOR Pool and Sun Terraces: The exterior of this villa has tiled terrace areas and extensive landscaped gardens. The private swimming pool is accessed by Roman steps, it is 8m x 4m in size and ranges from 1.2 to 1.7 metres in depth and uses a salt chlorinator system, it is electrically heated, (November to April inclusive). There are 5 sun beds available for you to soak up the sun all day.
Chill out and Al Fresco Dining with BBQ The shaded alfresco dining area features a large marble table with seating for up to eight people, where you can enjoy a barbecue while watching the sun set over the horizon. You will also find a smaller dining table and chairs for those who prefer to dine in the sunshine. There is also a beautiful studio room in the garden (this room does not contain a bedroom) where you will find peace and quiet, the perfect place to relax out of the sun and chill and read a book.
OTHER INFORMATION The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which only take photos when the alarm is set off.
Location: It is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. You will find a row of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets and numerous superb restaurants around a 10/15 minute walk away from the villa, which makes this villa situated in an area that is very self-sufficient. The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily. The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €7.00 (2026)
Parking and Accessibility: There is parking on the street in front of the villa.
Cleaning Service: Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels are provided mid stay for stays of 10 nights and longer. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience. Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please inquire if this is required.
Prices and Occupancy: Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing, guests over 4 have a supplement charge. Please note:- The apartment is available at an additional cost for full occupancy (7 or 8 guests). However, if groups of 1 to 6 guests would like to use the extra sleeping space in the apartment, this can be arranged at an additional cost. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
