Modern apartment located in a building from 1890 in Rotterdam Kralingen. The apartment has recently been renovated and is equipped with simple style.Centrally located with tram and metro, a 5-minute walk away and a 15-minute walk from the market hall, center and cube houses. The apartment is surrounded by various restaurants from bistro to ** restaurant. The fresh supermarket is across the street. The studio consists of a spacious living room with open space.
The kitchen with all necessary equipment is modern and functional and of course equipped with crockery, glasses, pans and cutlery.
The spacious bathroom has a rain shower and double sinks with a beautiful toilet. The bathrobes and towels are provided.


The premises are equipped with CCTV. If any strangers enter, we will submit the footage to the police. The primary purpose is to protect the safety and rights of both the landlord and tenants.

The CCTV cameras are typically only installed in public areas or entrance/exit areas.

It's an old Dutch building with a typical,narrow steep stairs,this apartment on the 3rd (top)floor.

-No pets allowed.

-Quiet Hours.
Quite hours begin at 22:00 each night and continue until sunrise,Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

To prevent any illegal activities from taking place inside the property and to ensure the safety of all occupants, the following rules must be observed:
1. Visitor Policy
Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. Any friend or visitor who remains on the premises for more than 45 minutes must be reported in advance and is required to register with a valid passport or government-issued ID. Unregistered visitors staying beyond this time will be considered a violation of the house rules.
2. Use of Surveillance Cameras
Surveillance cameras are installed only in public areas (such as entrances or shared outdoor spaces) and never inside private or indoor living areas.
As long as the stay is lawful and properly registered, no personal privacy information is collected or monitored.
3. Purpose of Surveillance Equipment
The cameras are installed to:
• Protect the safety of both guests and the host
• Prevent unauthorized or unknown individuals from entering the property
• Provide objective records in case of security concerns or disputes
If unauthorized persons or suspected illegal activities are detected, the relevant surveillance footage may be provided to the police in accordance with the law.
