Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a welcoming and bright living room with a comfortable gray sofa, ideal for relaxing while watching the flat-screen TV. A large window fills the space with natural light, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.

The modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and all necessary utensils, is perfect for preparing your favorite meals. Enjoy dinner in the integrated dining area while sharing stories from the day.

It features two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
It also has a double sofa bed. The beds have bedding included.

The apartment has two elegant bathrooms, each with a glass shower and contemporary design. Here you can freshen up after a day of exploring the city.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, located on the ground floor, ensuring comfort and easy access.

I live nearby and am happy to help when I'm around, but when I'm not, there's a 24/7 concierge service available to assist you at any time.

Lavapiés also stands out for its excellent location and connection to the rest of the city, making it easy to reach the center, museums, theaters, markets, and iconic areas of Madrid. Its bohemian, young, and cosmopolitan atmosphere makes it a very attractive option for both living and enjoying temporary stays. Walking through its streets is discovering charming corners, lively squares, and an authentic neighborhood life, perfect for those who want to experience Madrid from a close, cultural, and very special perspective.

Within a few minutes' walk you'll find Lavapiés metro station (Line 3), which connects efficiently with the rest of Madrid. You also have several nearby bus lines to get around comfortably.

Important: Rubbish must be disposed of only between 7:00 PM and 12:30 AM in the bins located outside the apartment door.

Outside these hours, the bins will not be available.

Please do not leave rubbish on the street outside the permitted hours. Any fine issued by the building community or Madrid City Council will be charged to the responsible guest.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.
We provide basic amenities for first use: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and garbage bags. Please let us know if you need extra cleaning or bedding/towels; we'll be happy to provide it for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team detects evidence that this rule has been breached — for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc. — we reserve the full right to apply a minimum charge of €200 for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for supplies will apply, with a limit of €80.
Extra keys: €20 — extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during your stay.
Extra cleaning with bedding and towels: the corresponding cleaning rate.
Additional bedding and towels: €30 — towels and sheets for 2 people, for example, when the sofa bed is not included.
