The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building equipped with an elevator. The living area features a separate kitchenette and a dining room. From the dining room, you have access to a liveable balcony, furnished with a table—perfect for enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners while admiring the sea view.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one triple room (a double bed plus a single bed). The modern bathroom has a window and is equipped with a walk-in shower.

Important Information
🗝️ Check-in & Check-out: Key collection takes place at the agency from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Keys must be returned to the agency by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

To be paid on-site:

Final Cleaning: € 120.00.
Air Conditioning: available upon request for an extra fee of €8.00 per day
Tourist Tax: € 1.25 per person per day (guests under 12 are exempt).

Security Deposit: A deposit of € 400.00 is required.

Linens: Bed sheets, towels, and kitchen linens are NOT PROVIDED. Guests must bring their own.
