The house is a dream, the location is beautiful—honestly, we were blown away. I can’t even say which part I liked best; everything is decorated with great taste and attention to detail. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet, the cozy atmosphere of the house, and the wonderful view from the terrace. It was also great that we could set out on walks or bike rides right from the house and be down by the water in less than two minutes. A special thank you also for the bikes that Betty provided for us.

The Brinken vacation home exceeded our expectation...

The Brinken vacation home exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything is new, clean, and tastefully decorated. There’s the perfect spot to sit inside and around the house for any time of day and any weather. We especially loved the view of the sea. We explored the island on foot and with rental bikes (note: the climb up to the north coast is quite strenuous on rickety three-speed bikes, especially when it’s windy) and felt right at home from the very first minute. I’d say the house is ideal for 2–4 people. With 6 people, you might run into space issues because of the luggage. The master bedroom has a single-door closet and coat hooks on the wall; in the other two rooms (one with a queen-size bed and a clothes ladder in front of it, and the other with two single beds and nothing else), you’ll have to live out of your suitcase. But it’s all manageable if you’re prepared for it in advance. The host, Betty, is very friendly and helpful. Communication through the Landfolk portal worked perfectly. Upon departure, we met her briefly in person, which we really enjoyed. This has given us an even stronger personal connection to this wonderful place. We highly recommend the house. Thank you very much, dear Betty.

The house is a dream! Tastefully and lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail, with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything absolutely spotless. The garden, complete with a hammock and fire pit, is huge, and the area is wonderfully green and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The patio wraps almost all the way around the house and has various seating options, so you can always find a spot in the sun and enjoy the view of the water. And if it gets too chilly, you can cozy up in the sunroom with a view of the Limfjord. There are beautiful walks and hikes starting right from the house, and the beach is just a few minutes away via a set of stairs. It’s helpful to have a car for shopping and dining out. We felt incredibly at home and would come back anytime: 100% recommended!
