Parties are not allowed. Guests must request to have any more than 14 guests on the premesis, and strictly no more than 14 guests can stay overnight.

Flexible

Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Breach of this rule may result in

loss of the full security deposit. For your safety a smoke detector has been installed in the house.

Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool, lake, or other

potentially hazardous areas.
