About this property

Boyd’s Bungalow, Lowestoft

Boyd's Bungalow is a charming three-bedroom bungalow tucked away in a peaceful residential area, offering a perfect blend of comfort and privacy. The property sits on a generous plot, with a large, well-maintained garden that wraps around the home—ideal for families, gardening enthusiasts, or anyone who enjoys outdoor living. Mature trees and hedging provide a sense of seclusion, while a spacious astroturf lawn and patio area create opportunities for relaxing or entertaining.

Step into the light and airy hall with a coat and boot rack to store your coats, bags and boots while you go and explore the bungalow and spacious garden.

Inside, the bungalow features a bright and airy layout, with a welcoming entrance leading into a comfortable living room filled with natural light. The kitchen is practical and well-proportioned, with ample storage and space for dining. All three bedrooms are thoughtfully sized, suitable for friends and family accommodation.

The bungalow flows around nicely throughout, starting in the spacious lounge at the front of the property. There is a good sized sofa, two armchairs, wall-mounted electric fire and a Smart TV. Large windows flood the room with natural light making it a bright and airy room. Doors lead into the dining area where there is a table and six chairs, and with french doors leading out into the garden you can bring the outdoors in, British weather permitting.

This leads into the fully equipped kitchen so you don't have to leave your friends and family whilst preparing your alfresco lunch or dinner. There is a gas hob, electric oven, full size fridge / freezer, integrated dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
There is a separate utility room (off the kitchen) with a washing machine, and sink. Door leads out to the garden.

Boyd's Bungalow has three bedrooms and two bathrooms:

On the left hand side, as you walk in is the twin room with a bedside table, hanging rail and drawers. A window looks out to the front of the house and neighbouring properties.

Next to this is the spacious family bathroom with a corner shower and separate bath, WC, handbasin and a full length mirrored cupboard. A frosted window lets in natural light making it light and airy.

There is another twin room and the beds can be made up to a Super King on request. There is a bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Windows look out to the front.

At the end of the bungalow is the "master bedroom" with a double four poster bed, two bedside tables, large mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. Windows look out onto the garden.
There is a good sized ensuite with a walk-in shower, WC and hand basin.

Outside is a generous sized fully enclosed private garden, with astroturf, hedges and shrubs providing privacy. There is garden table and chairs should you wish to dine alfresco, or simply soak up the sun with your favourite tipple.

To the front, there is convenient off-road parking, with a driveway large enough for two to three vehicles. The quiet surroundings and low traffic make it an especially appealing option for those seeking a calm, residential setting while still being within easy reach of local amenities.

Boyd's Bungalow is ideally located for day trips to the beaches at Southwold, Gorleston and Great Yarmouth, for river cruises along the Broads or exploring the historic city of Norwich.
