Discover the authentic charm and tranquility of Tuscany in this first-floor apartment in a recently renovated stone farmhouse divided into three units. Located in an agricultural area dedicated to wine and olive oil production, it offers breathtaking panoramic views and is just a few kilometers from the historic center of Lucca.
Inside, the apartment is decorated in traditional Tuscan style with exposed beam ceilings, terracotta floors, and equipped with all modern comforts. It consists of a cozy living room with satellite TV and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, two bright bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a shaded terrace and a shared swimming pool (6 x 12 meters, depth 1.50 meters, accessible from May 1 to September 30) where you can swim while enjoying the panoramic view. It is important that children are supervised by an adult in the pool.
The location is ideal for exploring local attractions: Lucca, Pisa, Florence, and the beaches of Versilia are within easy reach. Don't miss the opportunity to purchase local products such as wine and olive oil directly from the owners.
