Zuccherini is located in the Maremma countryside near the sea in Castiglione della Pescaia, where the pristine Mediterranean scrub meets cultivated land. We offer three studio rooms, three garden studio rooms with a private gazebo in the garden, and a garden suite with a private patio. All rooms have a kitchenette. We have a swimming pool, a large garden with Mediterranean herbs, and an honesty bar/minimarket where you can buy local products.

Studio Rooms: First-floor rooms with kitchenettes, approximately 25-27 square meters in size, keypad access, all equipped with a 170x200 cm double bed, an additional sofa bed for a third guest, a large safe, a bathroom with shower, a 50-inch TV, a dining table, and an open wardrobe. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and induction stovetop.

Garden Studio Room: Ground-floor rooms with kitchenette, approximately 25-27 square meters, keypad access, all equipped with a 170x200 cm double bed, an additional sofa bed for a third guest, a large safe, a bathroom with shower, a 50-inch TV, a dining table, and an open wardrobe. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and induction hob. A private terrace and gazebo in the garden are available for al fresco dining.

Garden Suite: 80 square meters with kitchenette, overlooking the pool. Keypad access, a 180x200 cm double bed, a sofa bed for two additional guests, a safe, a bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub with double sinks, a 50-inch TV, a dining table, and a wardrobe. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and induction hob. A private terrace and gazebo in the garden are available for al fresco dining. A private gazebo with loungers is available by the pool.
