The Space
Both units have been recently renovated with fine finishes and furnished with a style that combines functionality and elegance. You will have twice as many services: two kitchens, two sleeping areas and two bathrooms, to guarantee maximum relaxation for everyone.
Apartment 1 (4 Beds):

Living Area: Bright dining room with single sofa bed and fully equipped modern kitchen. A unique peculiarity? A window hatch on the floor that allows you to admire an ancient illuminated tank.
Sleeping Area: Elegant bedroom with double bed and additional single bed , equipped with TV.
Bathroom: New and finished with high quality materials.

Apartment 2 (3 Beds):

Living Area: Modern and functional kitchen integrated into a cozy dining room.
Sleeping Area: Refined bedroom with double bed and a single sofa bed . Equipped with a TV.
Bathroom: Private room, modern and comfortable.
Il Pozzo Luce: An intimate and private outdoor corner with a small table, ideal for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset.

Energy Saver System: Both apartments are equipped with a flash drive that interrupts electricity (except the refrigerator and hot water boiler) when you are not at home, to promote sustainable tourism.
Bed configuration: The standard preparation includes a double bed for every 1/2 guests.

Note on extra beds: If a group of 2 people wants to use separate beds (e.g. double bed + sofa bed), it can be requested with an additional cost of €25 for the entire stay.

Communications: At the time of booking, please let us know your preference for bed configuration and any extra services you want.
