The house is within walking distance of Solrød center, which offers restaurants, shops and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.



Inside, the house offers homely coziness with plenty of space for the whole family. The original cottage style has been preserved, but with modern conveniences. The cottage is well maintained and radiates Danish coziness. You can even charge your electric car nearby.



Outside, a large garden awaits you with plenty of space for play and relaxation. Here you can enjoy the sun while the children play or take a walk down to the beach, which is right in the backyard.



The area around the house offers plenty of experiences. In addition to the nearby beach, there are great opportunities for walks in the protected forest, and Solrød shopping center is just a short walk away. You can also take the train to Copenhagen in just 25 minutes.



Please note that in addition to the house itself, there is a separate guest house on the property with its own entrance. This is where our discreet neighbor, Samuel, lives. You'll have the entire garden and surrounding area to yourselves, so you can relax and enjoy your stay
