The beautiful ceilings, open fireplace, and balcony have been restored by local craftsmen who have managed to preserve the property's unique soul and history. In the villa, you can prepare a fantastic meal in the well-equipped kitchen with chef's knives, two ovens, and a fantastic view.



The private 15,000 square meter grounds are surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. From the terrace, you can enjoy the sunset over the countryside while taking a dip in the pool or enjoying a glass of local wine.



You are only a few minutes' walk from the famous Cascina Castlet winery and a short drive from Costigliole d'Asti, where you will find the impressive Barbera castle and several good restaurants. The area is known for its Barbera wine and offers countless opportunities for wine tasting, gourmet experiences, and cultural excursions.



You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend on vacation to this villa, but dogs are not allowed on the furniture, beds, or in the pool. The pool is open from Easter until week 42.
