The elegant house features an impressive entrance hall with a beautiful sweeping staircase leading up to the first floor. The ground floor is designed as one large cohesive space with a kitchen, dining room and TV room flowing naturally into a lounge area with billiards and a bio fireplace.



The large grounds allow you to enjoy the outdoors all year round. Here you'll find an inviting pool and hot tub with jacuzzi function, as well as a sauna for those cooler days. The spacious barn is set up for indoor activities such as table tennis and badminton.



Birkelund is a short distance from the beach, where you can take long walks along the dike and enjoy the waves of the Baltic Sea. The area invites you to total relaxation, where you can disconnect from everyday life and enjoy the nature that surrounds the property with both forest and fields.
