Carefully preserved period features—moldings, wood paneling, herringbone parquet floors, and marble fireplaces—create an authentic atmosphere, complemented by three bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub offering a view of a century-old sequoia tree.
The estate will charm you with its majestic grounds, home to remarkable trees: two giant sequoias, a Lebanese cedar, and Virginia tulip trees. The traditional outbuildings, including stables, a barn, and a drying room, bear witness to the rich architectural heritage of the Pays de Caux.
You are ideally located to explore the region: Rouen is 30 minutes away, the beaches are 25 minutes away, and the famous cliffs of Étretat are 45 minutes away.
