Located minutes from center of town in the Birch Hill neighborhood of North Conway! This 5 bedroom raised ranch house is ideal for multiple families with children or small groups traveling together!

5 Bedrooms:

1. King Bedroom with a crib and toddler bed plus connecting shower bathroom. This room has an AC unit in window.
2. Queen bedroom with a crib and bunk bed (twin over full). This room has an AC unit in window.
3. Bunk Bed and Twin Trundle Room
4. Bunk Bedroom (Full on the bottom, twin on top)
5. Lower floor - Queen Bed

This was a perfect house for the 10 of us. Very spacious, host was very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely rent again. First house we have rented that had adequate air conditioning and we surely needed it .Only change I would like to see is a grill instead of a black stone don't think all guests know how to properly care for one.And perhaps some deck chairs.Wonderful vacation!

Stayed at the house for the second time. On our family skiing trip. Everything was great with the house and the host. I give it five stars but if I was being picky the only issues was the down stairs door lock needs looking at as it’s difficult to lock and the lack of knifes using plastic ones is not good.

Everything was wonderful! There is plenty of seating in kitchen and living space, upstairs and in playroom. Our grandkids loved the game room. Bedding is comfortable and the house was clean. We will be going back again.

We loved the location and set-up of the house. We had 3 kids (2y-6y) and 6 adults and everyone had a comfy place to sleep! It was great having so many toys and books available for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Great space for a family trip with small kids. The house is super kid friendly with a crib, porta crib, high chair, toddler bed, lots of toys and a great game room for big kids.
