Bright & airy spacious apartment with garden. Superb central location right in the heart of Mutley, but very quiet. The perfect home from home experience. Whole apartment to yourself. Happy to host long stays.

Huge living room, cosy bedroom with double bed, brand new kitchen diner & bathroom & toilet & shower room. Ground floor easy access, everything is on one level.

Mutley plain is a two minute walk away with lots of restaurants, corner shops, takeaways & pubs. The town center is a 20 minute walk away.

Central location, lot's of bus stops at the top of the road. 20 minute walk to the sea and Barbican, Aldi supermarket around the corner. A 2 minute walk to Mutley Plain with lots of choice of coffee shops, pubs, gift shops and Plymouth's main bus service. Plymouth train station is 15 minutes away.

Parking is very limited due to the central location. Please note it's permit parking only outside Monday-Saturday 8am-10am.
The street behind has free parking.
I can provide a limited number of permit tickets for free

The apartment comes with a back garden, but please note neighbours above and below have access to go through to get to the bins outside in the lane.

Bus or on foot if you're staying Central. A car would be needed to reach Cornwall or Dartmoor. Train station is 15 minutes away.
Derriford hospital is easily reached by bus from the top of the road
