* Please inform us in advance of any late arrivals or early departures.



🛏 During Your Stay



* No parties or events are permitted. Breach of this rule will result in a £2,500 charge.

* No smoking inside the property (including cigarettes, vapes, and shisha). Smoking indoors will incur a £2,500 charge.

* No pets allowed unless prior approval is given. Unauthorised pets will incur a £200 charge.

* Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Unauthorised guests will incur a £200 charge.

* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM—please respect neighbours.

* Please keep windows and doors closed when the property is unattended.

* Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when not in use.



🧼 Cleanliness & Care



* Please treat the property with care and respect.

* Report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible.

* Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins provided.

* Kindly leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition upon check-out.



🔐 Security & Safety



* Guest identification may be required via a secure third-party verification process.

* A security deposit of £200 or a damage waiver of £53 may be required, processed securely via a third-party platform and refunded after check-out, subject to inspection and compliance with house rules.

* Any damages exceeding the deposit will be charged to the guest.

* Always lock the property when leaving.

* Do not tamper with smoke detectors, alarms, or security devices.

* The property must only be used for lawful purposes.

* No firearms, explosives, fireworks, or hazardous materials are allowed.

* Illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

* Wi-Fi details will be provided at check-in.

* Downloading illegal content is strictly prohibited.

* Please be mindful of excessive utility usage (electricity, water, heating).
