Lemnos is like finding a diamond in a haystack - Beautifully rustic, charming, loaded with history, unspoiled by tourism and the best locally produced food and great wine .
The beaches are untouched and with over 100 on the island so one is spoilt for choice.

What makes this property unique

We have built a very open plan summer living villa. It’s unlike any property on the island -Open kitchen, marble work surfaces, induction cooker with inter grated fan, oven and adjoining pantry with 2 fridge freezers and a washing machine.
2 divided lounge areas, smart tv, indoor dining table.
The large sliding bay windows lead you onto an outdoor living area giving double the surface space.
The terrace is 140m2 and overlooks the garden - it has an outdoor wooden dining table and a large wicker lounge setting.
A garden of fig trees, thyme, rosemary and lavender will help you relax into the summer mood.
You can see the kites playing upon the water from the terrace on a windy day.
Parking is easy, a large driveway with lockable gates makes it a safe place for children and pets.
