The property extends over 800 sq m under roof situated on a 1 423 sq m corner plot within easy walking distance 200m to the beach. For the entertainers, there is a fitted Redwood pub area, covered braai patio overlooking a large 7 x10 m swimming pool with wooden deck and thatched lapa.
The space is very unique due to the size of the property 1400 sq. meters, the completely off-grid aspect offering no load shedding, its proximity to the ocean (one house away), 800 sq. Meters under roof, 4 lounges, 3 braai areas and a 10m pool.
