Cosy studio with a separate sleeping area and lounge corner in a historic building near Taksim Square. Two single beds can be arranged together or separately. Includes a small kitchenette with a stovetop, kettle, and basic dishes, plus a sofa and French balcony for fresh air. As part of Istanbul’s historic architecture, systems like hot water may occasionally need a quick restart, which we are always happy to assist with. Fast Wi-Fi is included.

This studio is located in a historic building in central Taksim, so the structure reflects the charm of old Istanbul. The space includes a separate sleeping area, a small lounge corner, and a compact kitchenette suitable for light meals. The building is not newly constructed, but many guests enjoy the authentic atmosphere of staying in a traditional Istanbul property.

Guests will have private access to the entire studio apartment. The building entrance, staircase, and elevator are shared with other guests and residents. if you arrive at 2:00 pm, we will check everything with you while checking in if you come later than that, then you can Access it via self-check-in with key instructions sent before arrival, but please note that sharing ID in advance is necessary.

We try to give guests privacy while always being available if needed. We live nearby and are very responsive through Airbnb. If anything is needed during your stay, we are happy to help as quickly as possible.

Please note that this is a budget-friendly stay in central Taksim Square, where accommodation prices are usually much higher. Our lower pricing reflects the fact that the building is older and historic, and the apartment is not a luxury property.

Because of the age of the building, guests may notice some visible wear and tear on walls, floors, bathrooms, or common areas. At times, hot water may require restarting the kombi/heater system, especially during high usage hours. We always try to assist guests as quickly as possible if this happens.

The neighborhood is lively and local rather than luxury/residential, as the property is located in the heart of central Taksim. Guests looking for a modern luxury hotel-style experience may prefer other options.

However, as this is a self-check-in property and no staff mostly if you need something it may take time as we’ll come ourselves
