 Ulivo di Rocco`s Studio is a comfortable apartment to spend your vacations in Salento, in the small town of Cannole just a few minutes by car from the Adriatic Sea and the beaches of Otranto.
Located on the ground floor of a villa with swimming pool, the studio apartment is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, smart TV, dishwasher, coffee maker, hairdryer and toiletries.
Available to all guests are, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool, the two solariums and covered parking.

Ulivo di Rocco is a perfect solution for one or two people on a relaxing
vacation in Salento.
The room is small but comfortable and bright, and covers an area of 25 square meters. There are double bed, kitchenette with table and chairs, full shower room.
The spacious and convenient parking area inside the property is designed to ensure maximum convenience and safety for guests.
There are two sunbathing areas, one next to the pool and one on the second floor, the latter with striking views of the surrounding nature.
All outdoor spaces are shared with the other vacation homes in the villa.

The
villa with swimming pool Ulivo di Rocco is located in Cannole, a small
town just 15 minutes away from the beautiful Otranto and Melendugno
marinas.
The location is strategic to explore all of Salento,
between the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic Sea, beautiful beaches, historic
villages, the wonderful Lecce, famous for its Baroque.
A perfect
solution for those who want to alternate days of relaxation by the sea,
inland excursions and visits to places of historical and artistic
interest.

- Self check-in. Per ottenere il codice d' accesso, seguire le istruzioni che verranno fornite via mail/wsapp.     - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.                              
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Heating not included, to pay upon arrival,  at the mandatory extra cost of euro 5 per day from November to April.
- Shared laundry and garden.
