The area has excellent infrastructure and services: metro stations, multiple public transport connections, supermarkets, gyms, markets, cultural spaces and a wide selection of top-level restaurants and shops.
The apartment:
This two-bedroom apartment stands out for its spacious, bright and functional spaces. All rooms feature comfortable double beds and the living room has a double sofa bed.
The living room is separated from the dining and kitchen area, allowing you to enjoy more independent and comfortable spaces. The open-plan kitchen, integrated into the dining space, provides functionality and a modern design that perfectly adapts to the contemporary style of the apartment.
The bathroom features a shower tray and modern finishes that provide comfort and practicality to everyday life.

To bear in mind
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
The apartment is located on the first floor, with no lift.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation. Please note: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system.
Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment due to failure to complete this prior process.
