The living room offers direct access to the pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim, and during the colder days, there is also a heating option. The modern kitchen and spacious dining room are perfect for preparing and enjoying meals, whether a light breakfast or a gourmet dinner. There is also one bedroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a terrace with outdoor seating. Waking up to a spectacular view of the sea directly from your bed provides a special experience every morning.

Fans of active vacations will be delighted with the mini gym in room 5 with two single futons. This room contains an exercise bike, weights, and Pilates balls, as well as a PS4 console with popular games, ideal for relaxation after training. A special pleasure of this floor is a terrace with a magical view of the sunrise.

The villa's courtyard is impressive with a green lawn and beautiful palm and olive trees under which there are sun loungers for complete enjoyment in the shade. For lovers of socializing and preparing grilled specialties, the villa offers an outdoor barbecue.

Villa Golden Shine is located only 3 km from the old town of beautiful Primošten. There you will also find two main beaches, Mala and Velika Raduča, as well as many restaurants, souvenir stands, and a rich summer program that enriches the experience of every visitor.
