Hello! We are located on the Dalmatian Couste in a beautiful place Sevid, only 12 km from Trogir and 40 km from Split. Sevid is a Mediterranean village where you can find untouched nature and crystal clear sea and calm atmosphere. You can escape from the daily stress, but still near to the so-called "Pearl of the Adriatic" - be Split, Trogir and Primosten. Our Mediterranean home offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday - a new built pool, free Wi - Fi, free parking, air - conditioning. And what is most important - the crystal clear sea and the beaches are only 5 minutes walk away from us. House located in a very peaceful part of Sevid, and offers the best view of the center of Sevid, Adriatic and beautiful islands. There are two apartments in the house, and they have shared inputs. In each apartment there are two bedrooms - one with double bed and one with two single beds, a living room - with TV, a large table, sofa, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, and a bathroom. Before the house there is a nice terrace with barbecue, where you can sit and your meals and relax with a glass of wine. There is a poll. There you can lie down on the deck chairs, sunbathe or simply enjoy the Mediterranean sunsets.
The house is ideal for a group of 8 - 12 people.
We always make a fish or meat dinner for our guests - free of charge.

Fantastic view, blissful holiday

Unforgettable views! The two apartments are very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very compact. It's about 5 minutes' walk downhill to each of the beaches, beautiful clear water. The area is very quiet, one beach bar and one grocery shop. This was just perfect for us, no crowds. There is a coastal path round all the bays, for nice long walks, after all that lazing by the pool. We're already planning next year's visit!

Schöner Urlaub in Sevid

Wir hatten Schöne 10 Tage in dem Schönen Haus mit Pool. Der Ausblick aufs Meer war fantastisch. Sehr nette Gastgeber die uns wie versprochen sehr gut bekocht haben!!! Der Fußweg zum Strand auch sehr kurz und angenehm. Der Ort ist nicht überlaufen und am Strand ausreichend Platz für alle. Sehr empfehlenswert das Haus!

Wonderful place, lovely short distance away from village, peaceful, wonderful views - fantastic

We rented both apartments as an extended family. We arrived late but were warmly met by Ante and Lovre who showed us around. The next morning we woke to quite amazing views, in real life the pictures are far exceeded. We had arrived as holiday season was ending so the little shop in town and restaurant were closing that day. The restaurant owner opened up especially for us given we were a large group and the food was great. It was wonderfully quiet which is what we wanted, I think the roads here might be a bit of a journey in the height of the season, but during that time the little village is likely to be much more self sufficient. A highlight was watching the sun go down over the Adriatic each night! We saw Ante and his brother a few times over the visit. They came to leave us a fantastic Croatian cheese and ham dish which lasted us for 3 days and see that we were all happy. We felt well looked after without it being too much. The facilities were very modern and exceptionally clean. Can't praise this place and the owners enough. Thanks again, we will see you again!

Vi var två familjer som bodde där. Huset var perfekt då vi ville ha en lugn semester, egen pool och en fin utsikt. Det negativa är att man är beroende av en bil, då det inte fanns så mycket att göra i sevid. Stränderna som är nära är väldigt steniga så ett par badskor rekommenderas. Men annars va allt jätte bra och trevliga värdar som kom och gjorde rent poolen. Samt bjöd på mat och deras egna vin 👌

Vi hade en fin semester i huset, som fungerade utmärkt för två familjer. Sevid ligger lite avsides och det finns bara en restaurang i byn, så vi hyrde bil för att enkelt kunna göra utflykter och se oss omkring längs den vackra kusten.

wonderful place to relax

We were a group of ten friends and celebrated the end of our school career in Ante's beautiful house for a week. Although we didn't have a car we could get everything we need from the supermarket in 10minutes walking distance. Ante also helped us to organise a taxi to Trogir and back for a good price. He or his brother were sometimes on the top floor or cleaned the pool. We really had a wonderful week relaxing in the sun and swimming in the pool. Thank you Ante and Suzanna for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

perfekter Urlaub

wir, 2 Familien (4 Erw., 3 Kinder) haben das Haus für 1 Woche gebucht und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt. Sevid ist ein ruhiger Ort, mit schönen und sauberen Bademöglichkeiten (feiner Kiesel- und Felsstrand). Die Strände sind innerhalb einiger Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders genossen haben wir die wundervolle Aussicht und den Pool. Ante war sehr nett und hat immer nachgefragt, ob alles passt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir haben die zwei Ferienwohnungen in Sevid bei Ante gebucht. Die zwei Gastgeber sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar eine kleine Bootsfahrt mit einem der zwei Gastgeber machen. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind in einem Top-Zustand! Die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei! Das Pool ist super. Außendusche und Griller vorhanden - Herz was willst du mehr!!!! Wir haben keinerlei Beanstandungen gefunden und uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt! Einziger Fehler von uns war: DIE EINE WOCHE WAR EINFACH ZU KURZ!!!!

Urlaub wie er sein muss

Ein Urlaub wie er sein muss. Zum entspannen und ausruhen. Die Lage ist super, ich war manchmal Stunden auf der Terrasse gesessen um auf das Meer zu schauen alles so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. In der Wohnung ist alles da was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieter super super nett und sie versuchen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Jeden 2. Tag schauten sie nach dem Pool und fragten ob wir was brauchen oder ob alles ok wäre. Sie sind sehr Kinderlieb und der gemeinsame Abend war richtig toll wir haben viel gelacht trotz verständigung Schwierigkeiten. Wir hatten unser 7 m großes Boot dabei und ich kann nicht mit Hänger fahren kein Problem der Vermieter hat gleich seinen Bruder angerufen der dann unseren Trailer mit Hänger ans Haus gefahren hat und mein Mann konnte das Boot von dem Marina hinfahren und musste sich nicht zerreißen. Ich kann dieses Domizil sehr empfehlen. Es ist ein kleines Dorf eine Wirtschaft und ein Laden aber ich habe alles bekommen was ich gebraucht habe. Wir waren in Split und nur ein paar km entfernt ist Marina da gibt es auch eine kleine Promenade da kann man auch super essen. Wir werden am 5. August mit Freunden und Kinder für 2 Wochen wider hinfahren und freuen uns schon sehr.

Perfekte Erholung und wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren mit 2 Familien im August 2016 in Antes Haus und haben beide Wohnungen mit jeweils 4 Personen bewohnt. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Die Wohnungen sind für 4 Personen ausreichend, eine weitere Person könnte auch auf dem Schlafsofa untergebracht werden. Die Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind klein aber reichen vollkommen aus. Die Wohnküche ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und in einem sehr gut gepflegten Zustand. Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für einen Aufenthalt mit 2 Parteien. Der Pool ist super, die Kinder, aber auch die Erwachsenen, hatten viel Spaß im Wasser. Die Vermieter achten sehr auf die Pflege des Pools, was man deutlich merkt. Am tollsten aber ist der Blick von der Terrasse aus. Der Blick ist genauso wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Er hat maßgeblich zu unserer Erholung und Entspannung beigetragen. Ein anderer sehr positiver Aspekt war der Kontakt mit und zu dem Vermieter. Er war immer wieder vor Ort und hat sich um alles gekümmert, aber immer sehr dezent. Wir hatten auch einen unbeschreiblich schönen und lustigen gemeinsamen Grillabend. Und auch eine schöne Bootstour mit dem eigenen Boot. Der Kontakt zu Ante und seiner Familie war sehr herzlich, trotz der ein oder anderen sprachlichen Barriere. Vom Haus aus ist man in wenigen Minuten am Meer, an einem eigenen Abschnitt, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Der Sonnenschirm dort vor Ort hat gut gegen die Sonne geschützt. Das Meer ist unbeschreiblich klar und sauber. Im Ort ist in ca. 5 min Fußweg- Entfernung ein kleiner Supermarkt, der alles hat, was man benötigt. Größere Supermärkte sind in ca. 10-15 min Auto Entfernung. Wir wollen gerne wieder kommen! Wir hatten noch nie einen so erholsamen und schönen Urlaub wie in Antes Haus.

Prachtig gelegen , rustige vakantiewoning

Wij, twee gezinnen met elk twee kinderen van 12 en 16 jaar , hebben een fantastische vakantie doorgebracht in Sevid. Voor ons was dit een zeer positieve ervaring. Het huis is verdeeld in twee volwaardige appartementen waardoor je als gezin je privacy hebt en toch gezellig samen kan zijn op het terras en rond het zwembad. Al het nodige is aanwezig en voldoet aan de beschrijving in de advertentie. Wasmachine is er niet , maar de eigenaar zorgt wel voor propere handdoeken en vernieuwing van de lakens indien gewenst. Voor de kinderen was wifi een belangrijke factor en ook dit was in orde. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar en hij was ook steeds bereikbaar indien er problemen zouden zijn. Het uitzicht heeft ons elke morgen verbaasd door haar schoonheid en daar hebben we telkens weer van genoten. Op zich is er ter plaatse niet zo veel te beleven, buiten een superette waar alles voorhanden is en een restaurant waar de prijzen democratisch zijn, is het toch handig om een auto ter plaatse te hebben om de omgeving te verkennen. Mooie, gezellige dorpen zijn niet te ver weg. Het huis ligt bovenaan de weg, is op zich rustig gelegen zonder buren maar je hebt wel het dagelijkse verkeer naar het schiereiland beneden. Vrachtwagens die de winkel bevoorraden en de vrachtwagens die zorgen voor de waterbevoorrading rijden wel geregeld voorbij. Een stenen pad voor de woning brengt je tot aan de zee, waar je kan zwemmen in een helder blauwe zee en zonnebaden op een stukje privé-strand tussen de rotsen. Het zwembad werd door de eigenaar regelmatig nagekeken en verzorgd. Hij draagt zorg voor zijn domein. Naast het zwembad is een buitendouche voorzien en vier ligzetels met parasol. Voor rust en schoonheid zit je hier helemaal op de juiste plaats! Het enige wat onze jongens misten , was een grasveld om te voetballen. De omgeving is heel rotsachtig. Voor ons een deugddoende vakantie geweest en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
