Beautiful two bedroom two bath condo located on Gulfshore Blvd with access to private Moorings Beach recently refered to as "The Magificent Mile" in Naples. Close to shopping, restaurants, art galleries and lots of entertainment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the pool, beach with quiet time or enjoy with friends. The condo is located in a secure building with an exercise room and club room. The unit is available for rental either for long term or for one rental at a minimum of 90 days.
