Modern summer house few steps from the beach

You’ll find your vacation home in the old fishing village of Rågeleje—a quiet oasis with a secluded garden and a lovely terrace perfect for barbecuing. The newly built wooden house, completed in 2024, features a grass roof that blends seamlessly into the surroundings, while large windows let in plenty of light.



The house features modern decor, where you can relax with a board game or a good book. The 75 square meters provide plenty of space for cozy moments and relaxation in a scenic setting.



The garden is private and secluded, with a lovely terrace where you can barbecue and enjoy each other’s company. Flowers on the roof and in the surroundings create a harmonious connection to nature.



The beach is just 150 meters away, and a small private path leads you to the top of a protected hill with a beautiful sunset over the Kattegat. Heatherhill is practically next door, and both Gilleleje and Tisvildeleje are a 10-minute drive away. You’ll find a small café and a couple of restaurants in the authentic fishing village.
