House Rules Terms and Conditions

1. No unregistered guests, visitors, smoking, pets/animals, or parties. Violations = cancellation without refund +300 CAD fee.

2. Check-in: 3 p.m.–12 a.m. | Check-out: 11 a.m.

3.Front door must stay closed 12 a.m.–5 a.m. (except approved reasons, steping out for smoking between 12a.m - 5 a.m not included ).

4. Free parking for 1 vehicle on the driveway.

5. Quiet hours: 9 p.m.–8 a.m. No kitchen use during this time.

6. Stays of 14+ days get 1 free laundry per week.

7. Residential area – occasional neighborhood noise possible.

8. 24/7 CCTV in public areas (driveway, entrance, shared lobby, backyard).
