Thoughtfully designed for hosting, the space comfortably accommodates everyone to dine together with ease.



A richly layered living room, centred around an open fireplace, offers a warm and refined setting for relaxed evenings, while a light-filled garden room provides a seamless connection to the outdoors. Upstairs, seven beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms deliver a boutique retreat for every guest, complemented by a tranquil snug overlooking the main living space. A self-contained family suite with its own kitchen offers added privacy and flexibility for extended stays.

Despite its beautifully secluded setting, the barn enjoys excellent access to some of the region’s most celebrated destinations. Chipping Campden is just a six-minute drive away, while Stratford-upon-Avon can be reached in approximately 24 minutes. The Regency elegance of Cheltenham is under 45 minutes away, offering boutique shopping, festivals and renowned dining.



Chipping Campden itself is steeped in tradition, having hosted its own Olympic Games since 1612, and serves as the northern gateway to the renowned Cotswold Way. This iconic 102-mile trail is celebrated for its rolling countryside, honey-hued villages and breathtaking views.
