Location, location, location! Our condo is on the second floor of building 21 and overlooks the Fraser River. The free Winter Park shuttle provides a quick ride and easy access to the ski area two miles away. The condo is within walking distance to downtown Winter Park and the Fraser River Trail. It is a 30 minute drive to the western entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

This open floor plan 2 bedroom/2 bath get-away has new flooring and is bright and open with lots of windows. The master suite has a king sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed and there is a pack & play available. A second full bathroom is located outside the second bedroom. There is a full sleeper sofa in the living room and a clothes washer in the unit. Off street parking included.

About Jamie

We are two families, each with two little ones; one based in Denver, the other in Evergreen. The boys are childhood friends and we have enjoyed sharing our second home and watching our families grow.

Why Jamie chose Old Town

Winter Park is a great get-away with a true down home feel. Conveniently located, it's an easy drive from Denver without suffering the traffic typical of the I-70 corridor. It is equally as beautiful and full of activities in both the winter and summer.

Hi Country Haus provides convenient access to downtown and the mountain. Our building is the best situated in the complex. It has views, is on the river, is close to the *brand new* rec center & bus stop and the grounds are well maintained.

What makes this condo unique

In the summer, waking up to a morning cup of coffee on our balcony and listening to the sound of the rushing river is a great way to start the day. If you look closely, you can catch a glimpse of the resident beaver family and if you are up early enough, you can even spy the moose enjoying a drink from the river. Our little ones love the 'hiking' trails just outside the door and playing ball in the yard along side the river.

In the winter, Winter Park and Mary Jane offer some of the best downhill skiing in CO! On a powder day the trees at Parson Bowl are not to be missed.

Great condo, rec center and location!

Condo was very nice and clean, great size for a family - we were very comfortable and enjoyed the rec center. Great pool and hot tubs, nice locker rooms with showers. Kitchen was a little out-dated but functional for the basic meals

Perfect - just what we needed!

This is our second year f...

This is our second year for staying at the condo and taking Amtrak to WP. It is wonderful! We were within walking distance to Hernando's and a great Sushi place - YUMM! My daughter even walked downtown one afternoon. The free WP bus picked us up every 30 minutes outside the entrance to the condo. The hot tubs/pool are very near as well - ALL WORKING TOO! PERFECT location for a condo that meets and exceeds our needs with 3 kids!
