The Chateau Royale is a great place for out of town guest to stay and explore New Iberia. Families and friends gather to enjoy a home away from home. Right downtown and on the bayou. Two queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a loft with two beds for the kids to have their own space. TVs in all rooms, Whirlpool tubs, full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal or prepare something to grill. #feedyoursoul

We are a 1/2 block off of Main Street in the middle of downtown. There are historic sites, restaurants, and shopping all walking distance. Best time to be here when everything is open is Wednesday - Saturday other days there are still places to see and things to do.
Lots to see and do walking distance, other major attractions can be driven to within 15 minutes. Uber and taxi services are available. Tabasco and Jungle Gardens are only 9 miles away.

Washer and dryer has what you need to go home with clean clothes or get caught up from your road trip. Being from New Iberia and loving the bayou it has been a dream to own a place on the Bayou. Although we don't live at our rental and don't live on the bayou, for now, we still get to enjoy it. I met my wife as a referral. If you're a guest I can explain. She is an amazing and incredibly hard working woman who after a few months dating and taking her out on my airboat, we were married at the Bass Pro shop in Branson. We both like the outdoors, hunting, fishing, scuba, diving, and repurposing things we find or buy from all over.
Why they chose this property
This building is less than 2 feet from the Bayou Chateau. Sit on the deck and watch the boats and birds in the Bayou. We have families with kids rent the Chateau Royale and the Grand Parents rent the Bayou Chateau.
What makes this property unique
Due to the limited interactions staff have with guests, and lack of shared amenities and public common areas in contrast to many other lodging options". Vacation Rentals are completely separated and completely independent, featuring kitchens and other exclusive amenities for families. .Located in the middle of downtown, right on the Bayou! It doesn't get any better than this.
